The C's host Sara is joined by returning guest Ali McGrath and Nicole Kirby from MacMillan charity about the importance of support groups such as MY Breast Cancer Support in Wakefield.
Sara and Ali head up this support group and have adapted quickly to new technologies and strategies to support their members during lockdown.
On line has become the new norm and Tea and Talk, distanced craft classes and bi weekly exercise classes have kept momentum and helped a sense of togetherness whilst shielding and looking out for eachothers health.
